COMMAND MEDICAL PRODUCTS ACQUIRES MICRO MED ASSETS
ORMOND BEACH, Fla.
(October 25, 2000) - Command Medical Products, Inc., a rapidly growing
manufacturer of custom medical devices, announced today the acquisition of
Micro Med, Inc., the contract manufacturing division of Disetronic Medical
Systems.

division fits in perfectly with our current manufacturing offerings,"
said David Slick, Sr., president of Command Medical Products. "By
combining the manufacturing technologies of both companies, we will be able
to offer all of our customers expanded production capabilities."
Micro Med, located in Portsmouth, N.H.,
is a contract manufacturer specializing in the assembly and packaging of
Huber needle winged infusion sets and micro-bore extension sets, used for
fluid transport and intravenous drug therapy procedures. Micro Med is an
ISO 9002 and EN 46002 registered facility, offering manufacturing services
for both OEM and private label business.

Command Medical Products, Inc. is a Florida
based, privately held corporation offering contract manufacturing services for
the production of disposable medical devices. Command offers custom
extrusion, assembly, R.F. Heat sealing and packaging services from their
56,000 square foot facility in Ormond
