The expansion into Managua underscores Command’s commitment to providing a comprehensive and responsive outsourcing solution for the global medical device industry. US operations will continue to provide a full range of device development and manufacturing services including prototyping, product design, process development and turn-key sterile product manufacturing. The Nicaragua facility will complement US operations by expanding the company’s capacity in high-volume, labor-intensive production.

Operating in a free trade zone only five minutes away from the Managua airport, the new facility will offer class seven cleanroom assembly and packaging and will be registered with the FDA.
