Command Medical Products, Inc. Creates New Position for Enhanced Customer Service

ORMOND BEACH, Fla., March 31, 2017 – In the ongoing pursuit of operational excellence, Command Medical Products has created a new group in the sales department to provide advanced, personalized customer service to existing accounts. This new role, designated under the title account manager, will provide focused support to clients with multiple touchpoints and cross functional requirements. The main goal of this new position is to obtain a clear and in depth understanding of their overall business strategy and ensure that Command Medical Products is able to meet current and future needs. “By better understanding our customer’s business objectives as well as their short and long term initiatives, Command Medical Products is in a better position to align and support their business” shared John Walter, director of new business development for the firm.

“With the continuation of M&A activity in the Med Device space, global supply chain consolidation efforts and the rapid technology advancements in play, the importance of being aware of our clients challenges and goals and how we are able to adjust to support them can make the difference between a short term contract and a long term partnership. We want to be able to take this valuable VOC straight from the field and into Command Medical Products executive discussions” Walter says.

Adding this new layer to the sales group is something that Command Medical Products sees as a way to differentiate and improve overall business. This new position will complement the current sales unit currently comprised of new business sales representatives, internal customer service team and project management.
